Golden West Technologies is seeking Internet Help Desk Technicians to answer incoming calls and resolve internet connectivity and email-related issues. Our Contact Service Center offers a relaxed, inclusive, fun, and engaging environment perfect for everyone from high school students to retirees – anyone wanting extra income. If there’s downtime between calls, you can study, catch up on homework, read a book or browse the inter-webs. Dislike uniforms and fancy clothes? Our dress code is as casual as a turtle out for a stroll. Feeling Zoom-fatigued and hate quotas? No face-to-face contact or up selling required.

*No experience? No problem … we provide full training. If you can turn on a computer and connect to the internet, you’re halfway there!

Flexible schedules allow you to work 3, 4, or 5 shifts a week (up to 30 hours). With shifts available for everyone from early birds to night owls, you can choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Once training is complete, you’ll work a minimum of one weekend shift every week and some holidays. Starting wage is $14.25/hour plus a potential $250 signing bonus and performance-based raises every six months. Those who demonstrate success and complete a 90-day probationary period may have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in South Dakota.
