Overview:
The Site Design Team Manager provides insight and guidance into the development of Civil and Construction Services during the PreSale and Proposal phases of opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with the Sales and PreSale Teams to determine Civil Scope for Opportunities
Collaborate with MSI Civil Vendors to develop written Scope and Pricing
Obtain competitive quotes for Civil Equipment, including but not limited to Towers, Shelters & Generators
Develop a Construction Schedule that meets Contractual obligations, identifying Critical Path and Milestones
Identify Risks and Challenges to Schedule & Scope, and develop mitigation measures
Ensure MSI Civil Vendors are providing contracted Services and maintaining schedule
Oversee proper engagement between Civil Vendors and the MSI Project Team
Additional Responsibilities:
When necessary, engage with PostSale Project Team to overcome obstacles
Assist PostSale Project Managers with Change Order opportunities
Provide Support and Training to PostSale Teams to increase overall effectiveness
Record Lessons Learned to further develop the skillset of PreSale and PostSale Teams
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
General knowledge of the Construction or Telecommunications Industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Web-based applications, and basic typing skills
Ability to be self-motivated and work from home
Note: Position is open to remote work in any state in the Western United States. The preferred candidate will reside in the State of Texas.
